You have to be constantly listening and offering possibilities for a second look at how those in your care perceive the hard road called life.

Your words become the make or break of so many lives. Much of what you say is remembered long after you’ve forgotten it.

Do not go into any engagement thinking it is just for the moment. Each moment is the start of a compounding infinity. Care enough to choose what you want to compound.
