Division

In any Community, there will be differences.

Differences are actually a marker of healthy communities.

Divisions, however, are a different kettle of fish.

Divisions fracture communities in ways that distort the fundamental essence of communal living.

Divisions are full grown unresolved seeds of differences.

This is why leaders must address differences openly, and never bury them. Buried seeds grow.
