Belief is a master key that opens doors.
In my conversations with people, their defining moment was having someone that believed in them irrationally and passionately.
In my life, I have been blessed with several.
When you have someone that believes in you, they do not need to open doors. They already offer you the master key to life.
Religions understand the power of belief and continually preach absolute belief in a prescribed God, that happens to also live in you.
As a leader, you give or withhold this master key. Be deliberate about your choice.
