People literally rot when they stay still for long periods.
While mental stillness helps to declutter, the mind is not designed to remain still.
While physical stillness helps to refresh, the body is not designed to remain in sleep mode.
While spiritual stillness helps to clarify, the spirit is not designed to remain out of flow.
By all means, incorporate periods of stillness into your life, but never forget that the universe is not designed to be still, but to move.
