The Dark

Sometimes, it is okay to walk into the dark not knowing where the light is.

Try to make no sudden movements. Get a feel of your surroundings before every step.

When the light comes, do not rush to it, as it can be blinding or dangerous.

The dark is uncomfortable, but it is not a problem.

It exists to sharpen your consciousness, not extinguish it.
