I have observed the anti-aging and anti-death cosmetic and scientific industries for some years now.
I have noticed that the poster children of both industries look weird.
It is almost as if fighting ageing and fighting death accelerates both.
I do not know if they notice the same or maybe their mirror tells a different story.
I have found that the best way to have anything is never to fight against its opposing force.
The fight narrows your focus only to what you fight against and pulls you in.
The best anti-aging and anti-death strategy is to just live with a smile and write the story behind the smile, whatever it may be.
