What makes you feel insecure? What makes you feel ashamed? What makes you doubt yourself? What convinces you that you are not enough?
We’ve all wrestled with these questions—moments where our fears and doubts creep in, magnifying every imperfection, every misstep. Insecurity whispers, shame weighs us down, and doubt clouds our vision. They tell us we must be more, do more, or have more to be worthy.
But what if they’re wrong?
What if those voices of inadequacy are liars? What if the flaws you try to hide are the very things that make you extraordinary? What if perfection is not the goal, but showing up—flawed, human, and unapologetic—is the greatest act of courage?
Now, imagine this: What if you ignored it all? The self-doubt, the shame, the feeling of being “less than.” What if you silenced those voices, even for a moment, and chose to walk in your own greatness?
What would happen if you embraced your insecurities instead of battling them? What if you decided that your imperfections are part of your power, not evidence of your weakness?
Here’s the truth: greatness doesn’t demand perfection. It requires courage. The courage to stand in the face of your doubts and take one step forward. Then another. And another.
Walk in it. Not because you’re fearless or flawless, but because you’re human. Because despite it all—despite the insecurities, the shame, the doubts—you are already enough.
So, take the leap. Speak the truth. Show up. Walk in your greatness. Not when the voices go away, but in spite of them.
Because that is where freedom begins.

I love this extract from your text Sir
It cast my mind back to when I was very much younger, year 2000.
At that time i’d two gifts and I don’t know which to become
1) To become a footballer,
2) To become a musician
I formed a music group with my close childhood friends, we were called KSJ guys (Kenny-Sason-Jimmy)
We were popular in our locality then everybody wanted to associate with us especially the girls
We took a giant step to a TV media program (Youth and Entertainment) and mined one of our song with some popular artist songs then
It was the first time I received from my parents,my mom,the biggest beating of my life, my younger brother liard that I stoled her money used it to pay for TV media slot
At that time I had conflicting issues of pursuing my music carrier, and switched to the food ball carrier, my parents supported me then, I travelled to several state, Lagos,PH,Owere,Kano to mentioned few, for football screaming but non was successful because I didn’ have a football Manager.
To cut the long story short
I’ve been leaving with regrets, especially anytime I ransack my house I catch a glimpse of my music book.
I’d written more than two hundreds music event till now the inspiration of writing music still comes
What a life!
Thank you for reading my text Sir.
