When you cannot understand why you are feeling off, check that you are breathing at a regular pace. If all is fine with your breathing, drink water. If you still feel off, take a walk. If that does not work, eat a meal. And if that does not work, catch some sleep. If you are still feeling off, take a shower. And if you are still not feeling better, head to the hospital… lol.
