No one has it easy.
Whether born with a silver spoon or no spoon.
That was one of the gifts from attending unity schools in Nigeria. I was able to connect deeply with the super-rich and super-poor, and each one saw their starting point as a disadvantage.
For those that are now winning, they now see their starting point as a pedestal, whether rich or poor.
And for those still struggling, they still see their starting point as a cross, whether rich or poor.
We all have unique highs and lows bequeathed by our past, but we can choose a meaningful life in spite of it.
