The Theater of Life

The man heading to the theater of war and the woman heading to the theater of labor are both fighting for continuity.

One kills for it; the other births for it. Neither is greater than the other. They both go in with no guarantee that they will return whole, nor any guarantee that continuity is assured. But they go anyway.

And because they go, we must honor them, no matter the outcome.

The theater of war and the theater of birth are not only literal.

Honor those who keep going even without any guarantees of success but risk personal harm to advance humanity.
