In every coaching session I have been in, people know what to do, but for some reason, they do not do what they know.
The goal, therefore, is to remove the blockers that inhibit translating knowledge into action.
As with most things, the solution is always in the same environment as the problem. You just need to make it easier for them to meet.
Observation and an interplay of questions are the main levers of a coach.

Questions reveal why.
The coachee can usually take things from there.
