There are people that have made significant change in their lives through new year resolutions. Many return to their usual patterns, but there are some that course correct with a new year resolution.
In my life, I have found more value in using a project approach, than a resolution approach.
Unlike a resolution, a project has a defined end date. An end date, just like death, increases sense of urgency, commitment, care and courage. It also helps you find a way to track progress.
If resolutions have not worked for you, try the project approach.
Let each project mark a phase in your life’s journey.
