Today, there seemed to be too many tasks filling up my plate. Just as I was completing one, another was rising on the horizon.
I started delegating to teammates that I trust to turn in great work, promptly. As expected, execution was prompt, and marked with excellence.
A day that almost looked overwhelming became enjoyable, because again, my team came through.
