First steps

Today, I had a few things to do, but I woke up on the lazy side of the bed. I just did not feel like moving a finger.

Then I did a mental note of all I wanted to do, and prioritised for which was a must do today. I told myself I would do only that top priority, and then indulge in my lazy day.

Immediately I got the main priority done, it seemed to re-energize me to keep going, ultimately doing more than I planned.

I am thankful for first steps, and its role in switching inertia from a rest state to supporting momentum.
