Today, I had an avalanche of meetings, webinars and frontline commitments.
It was one of those days where from the start, you just let go and let the day lead you.
One thing is clear though – nowhere provides more practical wisdom than the front line.
Everywhere else has so much posturing – form is prioritised over substance.
I am thankful for frontline workers and the sanity check they freely offer to direction.
