What is not being said

Take care when you are listening to what is not being said in a conversation.

What you interpret as “what is not being said” is actually a reflection of your biases.

Sometimes your bias aligns with the bias of the speaker. Most times, it does not.

It is always better to clarify what you think is not being said, instead of leaving the room without listening to what was actually said.
