Today, I started work on a strategy that would shape my next few years.
Strategy is design.
Design to balance optimism, pessimism and realism.
Design for the best case scenario, the worst case scenario and the unpredictable case scenario.
Design to meet the future, to fit the culture, and to make execution sure.
You can be successful with or without a strategy. But a strategy helps with learning, reflection and reproducibility.
