The present exists because of the life it has taken from a part of the past.
The future exists because of the life it will take from a part of the present.
Knowing the past does not give it life, it just draws a subjective causative line to your present life.
Knowing the future gives it life, draining life from the present in ways which do not serve you.
People who claim to know the past, spotlight what aligns with their present bias. Swallow slowly.
People who claim to know the future suck life out of you. Avoid them.
