Prisms

Today, I had a long drive around town with a willing storyteller.

There is no way to check if all the stories I heard are true, but they helped make a 4-hour drive feel like a 30-minutes stroll.

There is beauty in every place, but insecurity and incompetence are veils which conceal much of Nigeria’s beauty.

I am thankful for prisms that help me see gold in the mud.
