Today, I forgot my phone at home as I dashed out to join my crew heading to the gym. When I mentioned it, they wanted to turn back, but I advised otherwise.
I had the best workout session this week.
The phone is simultaneously an enabler, an attraction and a distraction.
Without it, I was more present during all activities I undertook, and fully embraced the moment.
When I got home and picked it up, I missed nothing.
I am thankful for mistakes that become a source of peace.
